1. The window
The refund window is 30 days from the order date. This is the commitment published on this site.
2. How to ask
Email comms@dflux.io with the order reference and the email you used at checkout. We confirm the request and start the refund.
3. Who sends the money
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle processes the refund back to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment method Paddle used.
4. After the window
After 30 days the unconditional window has closed. Email comms@dflux.io if something is wrong with an order. A later refund is not promised.
